  • The Rubi Girls present The Show Must Go On at 8:00 pm on November 29th at the IUE-CWA Hall. It’s a Thanksgiving weekend tradition to see Dayton’s most entertaining ladies! This shows tends to be a little risque and loads of laughs! Get your tickets quickly- this will sell out!

 

  • Remember World AIDS Day at Harmony Creek Church on December 1st at 6:30 pm. Participate in an evening of reflection, remembrance and support for World AIDS Day. They are also showing the movie: The Normal Heart. After the movie there will be time available for reflection for those effected and affected by HIV/AIDS. Please feel free to bring friends, family and partners for this important evening.

 

  • Laverne Cox, Live and In Person  on December 2nd at WSU Nutter Center at 7:00 pm. This famous transgender woman of color (Netflix; Orange is the new Black) is a presenter for this year’s Presidential lecture series. This event is free and open to the public Arrive early and network with your community.

 

  • Kris Kringle bowling fundraiser on December 6th at 1 pm at Poelking Lanes on Wilmington Pike in Dayton.  Cost: $20.00

 

  • Dayton Gay Men’s Chorus present Joyful Jazz on Saturday, December 6th at 6:00 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church. The DGMC will be joined by special guest The Bill Burns Quartet, this jubilant concert event is sure to have you swinging and ringing in the holiday season from start to finish. The DGMC Holiday Concert has become one of Dayton’s favorite winter traditions!
